Tyler Fuller

Middle School Minister

Tyler Fuller is our Minister to Middle School students. He was born and raised in Niceville. Tyler grew up as part of our church, he was baptized, confirmed, involved in youth group, and supported as a missionary and seminary student as part of our congregation. Tyler and Leslie began dating during their years in the FUMC youth group and were married here in January 2003.

Tyler felt the calling to ministry at a very young age and has been pursuing that calling his entire adult life. He attended Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, where he received a degree in Philosophy/Religion with minors in Youth Ministry and English.

During his years in St. Augustine, Tyler became very involved with Young Life, a para-church outreach organization to youth. He also served as Youth Minister and coordinator of contemporary worship at First United Methodist Church of St. Augustine. In his final years in St. Augustine, Tyler attended Asbury Seminary’s satellite campus in Orlando Florida and earned a Masters degree in Divinity.

Tyler and Leslie are both very excited to be a part of a church with the love and integrity of First United Methodist Church of Niceville. He began serving as minister to Middle School students here in August of 2008.
