Podcasting Comes to FUMC!

You may know that our pastors' sermons have been available online as downloadable MP3 files for quite a while. Well, these sermons are now available through the popular iTunes podcast service. Make sure you have iTunes version 4.9 or later installed on your computer and then go to this URL: http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=160063068

Or... better yet, just click on the podcast icon ( ) found anywhere on our web (after you read the rest of this exciting news announcement, of course!)

After you click on the podcasting icon, iTunes will automatically open on the Niceville FUMC podcast page (after briefly waiting for your iTunes software to open; sample above). Click the 'Subscribe' button. It’s that easy. Once you subscribe, iTunes automatically downloads each new sermon as it becomes available. So you get the most recent sermon and all future sermons automatically delivered directly to your iTunes podcast playlist. To download previous sermons listed, just click the 'Get' button beside the sermon.

If you have an iPod, the sermons will be transferred to it next time you sync. You can now take the inspiring FUMC message wherever you go! (Note that if you browse the iTunes online Music Store, our sermons are listed in the Music Store under Podcasts > Religions & Spirituality > Christianity > under "N" for Niceville First United Methodist Church).
