There will be a gathering of the Bayou Blessings Cluster this Thursday, September 11, at 6:30 pm in the Friendship Hall of Niceville First United Methodist Church. We will begin the evening with a "modified" pot luck dinner (all food should be commercially prepared, not home-cooked). This is the perfect time to get to know your Emmaus brothers and sisters and to get connected. If you want to serve on a future walk, form a reunion group, find others that enjoy making agape, etc., you will have the opportunity to do that. After dinner we will welcome our first-timers to our cluster and give them the opportunity to tell us all about their walk. (For our new members that are not comfortable speaking in front of groups, rest assured that you will not be pressured to speak.) We will then invite others to share with the group about what God is doing in their lives. We will close the evening by celebrating communion.

For all those that asked about the Bayou Blessings polo shirts, here is the scoop:

Bayou Blessings polo shirts are available for $15 each. They may be purchased at the Bayou Blessings gatherings or you may contact either Teresa Gilland or Cindy Schroeder to make arrangements to purchase a shirt at other times:
